Reason: cash14 joined ICC on the date of Nov 17th and agreed upon "thrones" and an interview for Founder position, the interview was complete fittingly and  the  agreement was confirmed that since he did not have the thrones on hand we would wait a couple of days, he said he had a personal family problem and could not pay, it may also be worth mentioning he keeps asking for admin to badges after I said no, and trying to get members to pay him for rank and SV after the fact I told him No. He is now taken from Founder rank, was offered a lower ICC rank and hasnt been back since that talk
